Amish is CEO of Explorers' Lab, a Silicon Valley posse venturing into technologies that disrupt and create industries. His innovation & venture capital experience includes serving as a founder of Yamaha Motor Ventures & Laboratory. Additionally, he was a founding Partner at the $100M Yamaha Motor Exploratory Fund. His investment history includes leading early-stage investments in technologies areas including artificial intelligence, robotics, medicine, and autonomous systems. Previously, he was Director of Innovation at a 100+ person R&D lab, a repeat entrepreneur, and an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Amish is a named inventor on patents ranging from surgical technologies to electric vehicles. Amish has held teaching roles at Stanford's d.school, Singularity University, and Dartmouth College. Amish earned a BA from Dartmouth College, a BE from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, and a MSc from the University of London. He is currently a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health (UK), a Fellow at California Institute for Innovation and Development (UC San Diego), and a member of the Dean’s Council at the Thayer School of Engineering.
